Tuition Reduction Grants and Scholarships for the Class of 2012
Affordability
Magnificat is dedicated to serve a student body that is economically and socially diverse. Recognizing the financial commitment necessary for a Magnificat education, the school has provided over $3.2 million in tuition assistance over the last four years. As a result of the efforts of the Alumnae Association, the Endowment Fund, the Fathers' Club, the Mothers' Club, and the Sisters of the Humility of Mary, financial aid grants and scholarships are available. The scholarships include over 175 Named Endowed Scholarships. This assistance is awarded according to a family's financial need with consideration given to academic potential. Any student planning to attend Magnificat High School can be considered for tuition assistance.

Families requesting financial aid and scholarships must fill out a Private School Aid Service (PSAS) application. PSAS, an independent organization, analyzes a family's ability to pay. The analysis is then sent to Magnificat. The amount of assistance is determined by the school based on family need and available resources. In addition to filling out the PSAS form the student must take the Magnificat High School Scholarship/Placement Test in November. To help families plan, Magnificat offers parents an estimate of financial aid and scholarships in January.
Application must be made each year. For printable versions of the PSAS form and the school code list click the links below.
