The Rosemary Saas Center for Women of Faith in Leadership encourages and strengthens leadership skills in Magnificat women. This "center without walls" supports opportunities that foster, develop and recognize leadership. As Faculty and Staff members YOU foster leadership and innovation through your teaching and your presence each day. The 2011 Rosemary Saas Faculty/Staff Leadership Awards recognize outstanding innovation in teaching or mentoring creativity, new opportunities and experiences for students or colleagues in both academic and co-curricular areas.

• The 2011 Rosemary Saas Faculty/Staff Leadership Awards Criteria: (2) $250 awards to Faculty/Staff.
• Nomination Forms were due on Friday, March 25, 2011.
• Faculty/Staff award recipients will be determined by a peer committee selection process by May 1 and announced at the Magnificat High School annual awards ceremony.
• Application questions were based upon Magnificat Core Values:
  Respect, Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion, Faith-filled Living and Lifelong Learning.
• The award may be used at the discretion of the recipient.
