For 8th grade students at Catholic grade schools:

• Academic Achievement
• Scholarship/Placement Exam (Saturday, November 12, 2011, 8 a.m. -12 noon or Saturday, November 19, 2011, 8 a.m. - 12 noon )
  • Results sent before Christmas break
• Diocesan application, given to students by 8th grade teachers on January 10th , 2011 - due back to 8th grade teacher on January 14th, 2011
• 6th, 7th, 8th Grade standardized test scores and grade reports (Catholic grade school will send directly to Magnificat)
• Teacher Recommendation (provided to 8th Grade teacher from Magnificat)

For 8th grade students at public or private, non-Catholic schools:

• Academic Achievement
• Scholarship/Placement Exam (Saturday, November 12, 2011, 8 a.m. - 12 noon or Saturday, November 19, 2011, 8 a.m. - 12 noon)
• Results sent before Christmas break
• Magnificat Application (requested from Admissions Office or sent directly with Scholarship/Placement Exam results)
• 6th, 7th, 8th Grade standardized test scores and grade reports
• Teacher Recommendation (sent with application and/or Scholarship/Placement results)

All letters of acceptance begin being mailed by February 10th, 2011.

Registration for the Class of 2014 will be Saturday, March 5th, 2011.
