 SURROUND LEARNING® Innovative Education for Global Leading

On September 19, 2011, the Magnificat Board of Directors launched a $5 million dollar three-year Capital Campaign to be complete by December 2014 to propel Magnificat High School forward by redesigning one-quarter of the school: the central learning, research and leisure areas in an ideal match of learning modalities with environments.  The spaces comprising the hub of the school are the Entrance, SURROUND LEARNING® Center, Cafeteria, Large Group Instruction Room and Business Technology Center.

In order to fulfill our Mission and prepare our students for leadership in college and life, we must give them the tools and experiences for comprehensive and innovative thinking and problem-solving. This ability to learn handily any time, any way, anywhere is a powerful key to opening doors to and in the future and made possible through Surround Learning®.Through the research and interview process by members of the Magnificat Education Committee, the Magnificat Board of Directors approved Fielding Nair International (FNI) as the architectural design firm to partner with Magnificat High School. FNI is an educational facility planning and architectural design group focused on improved learning for schools. FNI has provided professional services to local, regional and national governments, school districts and other educational clients in 36 countries.
