Summer Programs

Magnificat offers a summer of opportunity for girls! The Summer Enrichment Program gives rising seventh and eighth graders a glimpse of life as a Magnificat student. Magnificamp provides younger girls with a variety of themed day camps, from baking to STEM to photography, and our popular Athletic Camps help players up their game.   • Registration

    Registration opened February 15, 2022. When registering your child, please use her grade level for the 2022-2023 school year. We reserve the right to cancel any camp or program.

    Some camps fill up early! To join our mailing list for next year, please complete our Inquiry Form (only asterisked fields required) to keep informed of registration dates.
  • Schedule

    All summer programs are half days.
    Daily Schedule:
    • 7:30-8:30 a.m. Early drop-off ($25 per week)
    • 8:30-11:30 a.m. Morning programs (Magnificamp, Summer Enrichment Program, Athletics)
    • 12:00-3:00 p.m. Afternoon programs (Magnificamp, Athletics)
    • 3:00-4:00 p.m. Late pick-up ($25 per week)
  • Tuition

    $175 per half day camp; check each page for details. 
    A 10% discount will be offered to families with more than one camper. Supply fees charged as necessary.
  • Drop-Off and Pick-Up

    Athletic Camps drop-off and pick-up will take place at the East Gym doors or outdoor fields.
    Non Athletic Camps Grades 1 - 8 drop-off & pick up will take place at the front entrance facing Hilliard Blvd.
    Drop-off begins between 8:20 - 8:30 a.m. or 11:50 - 12:00 noon when our camp sessions start.
  • Lunch

    Supervised lunch time is available to girls enrolled in both morning and afternoon camps in the same week. Please pack a nut-free lunch.
  • Camp Nurse

    A summer camp nurse is available daily. Questions for the nurse may be emailed to Marybeth McCormick: mmccormick@maghs.org
  • Attire

    Participants will receive a Magnificat t-shirt. We suggest everyone dress comfortably and wear sneakers.
  • COVID-19 Protocols

    The health and safety of our participants, faculty, and staff is of the utmost importance to us. Our summer programs will be run in compliance with guidelines from the Ohio Department of Health. The following procedures will be in place for Magnificat summer programs:
    • All classes will have a teacher to student ratio of 1:20.
    • Participants will be required to take their temperatures at home before arriving to campus.
    • Decisions about facial coverings will be made in May or June.
    • Required hand washing will take place at regular intervals, and hand sanitizing stations will be available.
    • The Magnificat Safety Agreement and Release waiver must be completed by each participant's parent/guardian.
  • Cancellation Policy

    The refund deadline for athletic camps is 2 weeks prior to the start of camp. Please submit your refund request via email to Paul Barlow at  pbarlow@maghs.org to request an athletic camp refund. A $25 fee per registration will be deducted from the requested refund. 

    The refund deadline for Magnificamps and the Summer Enrichment Program is May 1, 2022, and the last day to register is May 20, 2022. Please submit your refund request via email to Susan Faler at sfaler@maghs.org. A $25 fee per registration will be deducted from the requested refund.
