Learn, Lead, and Serve in the Spirit of Mary's Magnificat

Parent Engagement

Magnificat offers two primary ways for parents to engage with the school: parent events, which are social events that focus on a particular part of the high school experience; and volunteer opportunities, through which parents can live the Magnificat Mission through service to the school.

Parent Engagement Volunteer Program Statement:

Volunteering is an incredibly rewarding experience. As our students embrace and experience our six core values, our volunteer program allows parents and alumnae to also embrace and experience these values. Volunteering also fosters community well being by building strong relationships, something we strongly value as a Catholic school community. Together, we are able to truly live our mission of educating young women holistically to learn, lead and serve in the spirit of Mary’s Magnificat.

We are currently seeking volunteers of all ages, professions and interests. Volunteering at Magnificat can consist of helping during the day, weekday evenings and weekends. We can find volunteer placements that will suit your skills and interests all the while fitting it into your busy schedule. Please see the tabs below for current volunteer opportunities.

Please consider volunteering at Magnificat High School this school year. It will be not only very rewarding, but a great way to live our mission! After completing the application, please mail it to the attention of Parent Engagement Coordinator or scan and email it to ebenni@maghs.org.
