• Medical Forms - Due July 1, 2024

  Medical Exam & Immunization Form This form must be filled out for each incoming student and returned to Magnificat by July 1, 2024. Please contact the School Nurse if you foresee an issue with meeting this deadline.    If your daughter has a medical condition, please see below for links to the appropriate medical forms.   The Clinic's school hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Please encourage your daughter to find the Clinic during the first few weeks of school in case she may need something at any point throughout the school year.

• Seeds of Service Summer Gardening Opportunity

  Students are welcome to participate in the Seeds of Service Summer Gardening program. We meet every Tuesday and Thursday, starting in June, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Young gardeners learn how to grow herbs, vegetables and care for our perennial and annual plants on campus and so much more.
